How to Book
Here is all of the details on how to book your next Happy Jacks Party |

A $50 non refundable deposit is needed to guarantee your booking and is required within 48 hours of the booking being made. Please phone our friendly staff on 5332 0146 or visit us in person.
Please Note: THE DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE however it can be transferred ONLY ONCE to a later booking if done so no later than 2 weeks prior to the original party date.
What You Need To Do: Please confirm your food choices and the total number of children attending at least 48 hours prior to the party.
Note: Should the confirmed number of guests vary on the day due to illness or other reasons you will be charged only for the additional food that has already been catered for. You will not be charged for the child/children not attending. Should the number of guests increase on the day please notify our staff upon your arrival so that additional food can be prepared. This additional food will be charged as per standard rates and added to your account.
HOW TO PAY FOR YOUR PARTY All accounts must be paid in full prior to your departure from Happy Jacks Play World.
Methods of Payment: Cash, EFTPOS, Visa and MasterCard ONLY!
Important:
- PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING (AND WEAR) YOUR SOCKS. NO SOCKS, NO PLAY
- Siblings and friends of invited party guests will be charged the normal entry fee should they wish to enter the premises.
- We can cater for specific dietary and / or allergy requirements; please speak with our staff should you wish to take advantage of this service.
