PLAY AT HAPPY JACKS

Happy Jacks Play World has been designed with the child in mind, whilst still catering to parents as well. The equipment was designed and installed by an Australian Company specialising in large scale play centres, with Fun and Safety two of their top priorities.

1. All children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over.
2. The accompanying adult is responsible for the supervision, care and safety of their child/children while visiting ‘Happy Jacks Play World’.
3. ‘Happy Jacks Play World’ is NOT a child minding service, and parents, guardians or carers are not permitted to leave children unsupervised on the premises.
4. ‘Happy Jacks Play World’ play equipment has been built to Australian safety standards. While every care is taken there will be instances when accidents occur. Happy Jacks Play World Pty Ltd and its staff will not be held liable for such incidents.
5. No outside food or drink is permitted to enter or be consumed on the premises.
6. Please take care of your personal belongings as ‘Happy Jacks Play World’ cannot be held liable for lost or stolen property.
7. Any accident must be reported to a staff member and an accident report filled in.
8. Vandalism or deliberate damage of any property belonging to, or forming part of Happy Jacks Play World will not be tolerated, and will result in the offending party, or parties being charged a fee for repair/replacement of the damaged item/s.

1. Please encourage children to play in areas that are designed for their age and stage of development.
2. The equipment is designed for children up to the age of 13 years. Older children and adults are not permitted to play on the equipment; however, they are permitted to enter any area for supervision purposes.
3. NO shoes are to be worn on the equipment, and socks MUST be worn at all times for safety and hygiene reasons.
4. No climbing on netting or outside of the play structure.
5. The direction of travel on all slides is in a sitting position, facing forward; this is for personal safety reasons. NO CLIMBING UP SLIDES.
6. Children are encouraged to play safely and respectfully with other children.

* Must be registered. Price includes 1 hot drink for parent (regardless of number of children) and 1 pop top per child. Minimum of 6 paying children per group.

PLEASE NOTE:
Socks must be worn by all children and adults when entering any play areas.
